2003 Committee Charter : LFB

Purpose and Authority:
The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors has and may exercise all the authority of the Board of
Directors in the management of the business of the Company in the interval between Board of Director's
meetings, except to the extent limited by law, the Company's Articles of Incorporation or the Company's
By Laws.
Composition:
The Committee may include two or more Directors appointed by the Board, including the Chairman of
the Board.
Meetings:
Meetings of the Committee may be held at any time and at any place upon the call of the Chairman of the
Board or any two members of the Committee.
Evaluation:
All actions taken by the Committee will be reported at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
